It assumes the home is empty and includes cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, oven, all cabinets and drawers, baseboards, window sills, and deep scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens to ensure the property is ready for the next tenant or owner.

No, you do not need to be present. Many contractors provide us with a lockbox code, or property managers let us in. We will lock up and secure the property when we are finished.
