1. About Our Services

JC Maid specializes in:

• Post-construction cleanup — dust removal, fixture and appliance detailing, window and glass track cleaning, floor scrubbing and preparation
• Move-out & turnover cleaning — deep cleaning of appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, carpets, and hard floors to prepare a property for its next occupant

Quotes provided through our Site or by phone are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual condition and scope of the property at the time of service.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use jc-maid.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party. You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting a quote request or contacting us.

3. Our SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from JC Maid, the following terms apply:

3.1 Who Is Messaging You

Messages are sent by JC Maid, 120 E Avenue 40 Apt 6, Los Angeles, CA 90031. You can expect appointment confirmations, scheduling and arrival-time updates, and quote follow-ups. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers and discounts.

3.2 Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on your scheduled services and any requests you make. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

3.3 How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages from JC Maid at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message letting you know you've been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive messages again, simply opt in again the same way you did the first time.

3.4 Getting Help

3.5 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations

Availability is confirmed once JC Maid contacts you to schedule your service. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment so we can accommodate other clients.

5. Property Access

For move-out and post-construction cleans where the client is not present, JC Maid will coordinate access with you in advance (e.g., lockbox code, on-site contact, or building management). JC Maid will secure the property upon completion of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

JC Maid carries commercial insurance and takes reasonable care in performing all services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JC Maid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or protection separately provided under your service agreement with JC Maid.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of JC Maid unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Privacy
